Returns & Exchanges

To request a return, send an email to help@18thandwood.com. Once your request has been received we will review and approve or deny (depending on eligibility) and you will be emailed instructions on how to proceed. For more detailed information on our Return Policy, please read the following.

 

RETURNS

Full price items purchased at 18TH AND WOOD are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. To request a return label, please email help@18thandwood.com.

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, socks, bodysuits, and hats cannot be returned.

 

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order for the size that you need, as we cannot place any items on hold.

Request a refund for your original order by sending an email to help@18thandwood.com. Put your new order number in the “Customer Notes” field. For domestic returns, we will email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours of your request. For international returns, ship your order to the address provided in the email you receive. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund for your original order.

 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.

18TH AND WOOD will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
